About Me:
Offering a unique bodywork approach alleviating chronic pain has been my passion since 2008. I developed ‘Release and Re-Align’ bodywork to target tech neck, tmj and all the modern day tensions and stresses causing chronic pain. I trained with the venerable Bob Harris, an Angelino and healer/bodyworker for over 40 years who trained me and encouraged me to take his wisdom to the next level. My clients are high-functioning individuals interested in on-going pain-free movement - athletes, business people, celebrities, parents, students and those actively participating in their optimal health.
I offer The Sterkenburg Effect in Los Angeles, Santa Monica, NYC and SF, currently. I am a teacher and trainer of this work and aim to provide access to this profoundly healing work around the world.
